Tuzzles Direct Ships to
The 50 U.S. States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days of successful payment processing. The cost for shipping is determined by an algorithm that takes into account total weight and size of your package, as well as the destination zip code. Please see your shopping cart for the shipping charges pertaining to your order.
Canadian and International Orders
Currently we only ship website orders to the 50 U.S. States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Shipping Service Options
Current we offer our Standard Express shipping with most orders delivered within 3–7 business days. All deliveries require a physical address; be sure to provide your street address (not a P.O. box).
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking the My Account link at the top of Tuzzles Direct. Click that link and sign in using your email address and password. Then click on My Orders to view Open Orders, Shipped Orders, or All Orders. Additional questions about your order can be answered by calling 1844-TUZZLES Toll-free from the U.S.
Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. In order to deliver your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are grouped together. This could result in part of your order arriving at a different time, but still within the expected delivery window.
Delivering Your Package
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Most items ship within 1-2 business days of successful payment processing.
Tuzzles Direct Return Policy
Returning Merchandise
We will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges if your order is returned to the merchant shipper. (Please see conditions below.)
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
When you receive your order, the contact information of the merchant shipper will be displayed in the paperwork. Merchant shipper is the term used to refer to the company that actually shipped your order. Please keep your paperwork in case you need to arrange for returns or exchanges, and read the instructions thoroughly for faster processing of returns. Also, please keep any emails you receive regarding your order, as they may contain important information.
Defective Returns
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Defective merchandise should be returned directly to Tuzzles Direct. Please call Tuzzles Direct Customer Service at 1844-TUZZLES to arrange for the repair or replacement.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. The contact information for the merchant shipper will be in the box. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!

All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
